I've been accused of not blogging enough. Of course, I have nothing to write about ... but apparently that doesn't matter. As a result, I will subject you to more kitten stories.
Griffin is now 16 weeks old. His new favorite toy is an empty Coke box (the fridge pack size) with a bell ball in it. He pushes it all around, attacking it, until he gets the ball out of the box. Then he gets mad because the ball isn't in the box. I've actually watched him pick up a ball and put it in the box to remedy this. He has gotten the Coke box stuck on his head, too. He stuck his head through the thin handle hole and was running around with a box on his head. I laughed, took pictures, and then helped him get out.
Along with the cuteness, he has decided to start biting more. I'm trying everything I can to reduce the biting and make it less fun for him. He's also decided he likes to jump on the kitchen counter more than he used to. He's still not too bad, and he knows he's not supposed to, but I'm reinforcing that.
My life tidbits
I really don't have much in my own life. My mom and I went to Springfield to visit Amy, Cindy and Kylene last weekend. We also saw West, Nate and Jim for a little bit. It was great to see everyone.
My sand volleyball league is coming to a close. We might sign up for another session, but my work schedule will be changing so I might not be able to make it very often. I'll miss volleyball, but in exchange I won't have to work on Saturdays for a while. ... So it's a good deal for me.
