I had planned to eat leftovers tonight and cook again tomorrow. However, when I got home, the sign in my lobby said the water would be off from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. tomorrow. I'm still not sure if that's accurate (would be the longest stretch of no water I've seen here) or if my building manager mixed up 11 p.m. with 11 a.m. But to be safe, I decided to quickly cook tonight.
I was trying a recipe from Real Simple, Basil Spaghetti With Cheesy Broiled Tomatoes. And, yes, it's basically what it says it is. It came together very quickly and was quite delicious!

Oh! I am soooo glad you tried this recipe! I showed it to Nate when I was reading my Real Simple magazine on the way to a wedding earlier this summer and we both agreed it sounded yummy! At least I know who to call if I have questions when we get around to fixing it!
