I was in Rockville today to bring some donations to Goodwill and ended up at White Flint Mall, right across from where I interned six years ago. It was fun to see the place, where I ate a few lunches during my internship.
Exploring the tip of D.C.
After my Rockville adventure, I took a detour past my apartment. I live on the edge of D.C., so I drove about a mile into the District and past Walter Reed Medical Center. From the street, it looked gorgeous (though gated, so I didn't attempt to drive through).
I also drove past part of Rock Creek Park and found some more fast-food restaurants close to my apartment.
