The White House Correspondents' Dinner is Saturday and it's all the buzz on the D.C. journalism gossip blogs. It's basically the closest journalism gets to being celebrity. The president comes to the dinner and the big networks invite big stars to show how cool they are. I'm very far removed from that and will instead be going to a friend's house party, but I did see a very
exciting tidbit on the FishbowlDC blog the other day:
"Here's what we're hearing so far... and the list is pretty good so get your cameras ready...
• ABC: Jon Bon Jovi and wife Dorothea, Kate Walsh, Taye Diggs, ..."
Yes, the part that excited me was Bon Jovi. Though I wouldn't mind seeing Kate Walsh or Taye Diggs either.
