I've been following a lot of cooking blogs, and I saw a few interesting recipes lately that I want to share.
Another tasty-looking recipe from Cooking and Eating in the Windy City: Portabella pizzas.
Also on the pizza front, I saw this post on how to bake homemade pizza in a cast-iron skillet. I got a pizza stone for Christmas, but it might be interesting to try this out at some point, too.
And for a different twist, I hope to try out this gummy candy recipe at some point. (I just bought five bags of Haribo gummy bears, though, so I might have to wait a bit before doing this.)
