Easy-to-bake-at-home bread
I haven't tried this yet, but as soon as I get a baking stone, this might become part of my regular schedule. It sounds pretty darned easy, once you get the hang of it. The original post on Mother Earth News (linked from this Lifehacker post) has variations of the original to make pizza dough, pecan rolls and more.
