I had some pork chops in the freezer I wanted to use, so I did a search for pork chop recipes and found balsamic-glazed pork chops on marthastewart.com. I made the glaze in about 10 minutes last night, then marinated them overnight. A quick broil tonight and dinner was ready. They were really good, too.
The most difficult part was learning to use my broiler, which is apparently a broiler drawer underneath the oven — something I've never had before. (Thank goodness for the owner's manual or I would have never figured this out.)
