I invited some friends over to see my apartment this weekend.
I made these strawberry margarita Jell-O shots in strawberries — an idea I couldn't pass up once I saw it. They were actually pretty easy to make. And the shots are small and not very strong, so more than anything they're just tasty.
I also finally tried this layered Greek dip, which I had been hanging on to for a while. It was a hit.
