Poached eggs

I made poached eggs this morning.

After I mentioned it in an earlier post, my friend Fisch offered his tips on how to make poached eggs. I finally tried it this morning, and they turned out pretty decent. A little more practice, and I might have some quality poached eggs.

His tips were roughly the same as this recipe I found online. (Mainly, adding vinegar and spinning the water before dumping in the egg — though he uses the spinning to help keep the whites together.)
