Schlafly really needs to alert me when its visiting D.C. (And I checked the site, but they appear to only advertise St. Louis events there. This is a problem they should fix.)
I was at work today when I saw this post about Dan Kopman being at The Big Hunt tonight for a Schlafly tasting, which of course included Kolsch. I was ready to go. Except the tasting was 5:30-7:30. And the earliest I would be done with work was 8, meaning it would be about 8:30 before I could be there.
Can they not plan these things around my schedule??? (In case you missed it, I had a similar experience last month.)
Very sad ... I spent the rest of the day feeling sorry for myself. All I can hope is that these tastings are signs that these bars will start carrying Kolsch on a regular basis ... Please!!
