Pork chops and broccoli

Pork chops were on sale at Giant, so I bought some and tried this recipe from Real Simple for pork chops with garlicky broccoli.

The whole meal was very easy and quick to make. The broccoli was excellent and with the rice gives the meal an Asian feel. The pork chops were good, but I would probably try adding something for a little extra flavor on them next time.
